We are a wholesale
bakery that features traditional and innovative products made with quality
ingredients. Our passion is
combining great local ingredients to invent new taste profiles.
Our first product line is a focaccia
cracker prepared with old-world methods and new tastes, such as blue
cheese-walnut-fig and cheddar, chives and currants. We offer ten different flavors that are excellent paired
with wine, cheese and fruit. This
hand crafted product is made in small batches and currently sold throughout the
Rogue Valley.
We also have expanded our retail operations with fresh bread and pastries prepared Wednesday thru Saturday. This menu changes each week, a sample is provided on the Menu page.
Currently, we are only selling our packaged item on the web.
